Returns & Refunds policy

At Cookie Jungle, each cookie is baked fresh to order with love and care. We always strive to ensure you receive your treats in perfect condition. However, in the rare event that something doesn’t go as planned, here’s our policy:

Cancellations
  • You may request an order change or cancellation anytime before we ship your order.

  • Since all our cookies are freshly baked for you, we unfortunately cannot cancel or refund once the order has been dispatched.

  • After a cancellation/refund is approved, please allow 3–5 business days for the amount to reflect back in your original payment method.

Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • If you have received a damaged product.

  • If the wrong product has been shipped to you.

Steps to Request a Return
  1. Email us at hello@cookiejungle.in within 24 hours of receiving your order with your order details and pictures of the product.

  2. Our team will review your request. Upon approval, we will arrange for a reverse pickup at a time convenient for you.

  3. Once we receive the returned item and it passes the necessary quality checks, we will initiate your refund.

  4. Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used for purchase.

Refund Timelines
  • We aim to process all refunds within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Important Notes
  • All returns are subject to the discretion of Cookie Jungle.

  • Please double-check your phone number, address, and pincode while placing your order. In case your order is returned due to incorrect shipping details, re-shipping will incur an additional charge of ₹120 per box.
